Process FAQs
Common questions from founders and marketing leads about how we run engagements.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most brand foundation and website projects run six to ten weeks from kickoff to handoff. Retained marketing programmes are structured in rolling three-month blocks so results can be reviewed before committing further.
How much of our time will it take?
Roughly 6–8 hours of stakeholder interview time during Discover, plus one 60-minute approval checkpoint per phase. The rest of the work is ours.
Who actually does the work?
The people who pitch your project are the people who do it. We do not run junior teams behind a senior proposal.
Can you work alongside our existing partners?
Yes. We regularly act as the strategic layer above in-house design teams and alongside specialist agencies, with a documented system so the brand stays coherent.
